When Kasia and Michał decided to leave city life behind, they were driven by one desire: finding the peace and harmony they lacked in the hustle and bustle of the big city. Together with their four-year-old daughter, Maja, they decided to start a new chapter in the Evergreen modular home. Today, they share how this decision has transformed their daily lives.

“We escaped the city almost every weekend. It was then that we realized we wanted to live this way every day,” Kasia recalls. “We wanted to be closer to nature, breathe clean air, and give Maja a carefree childhood in a natural setting.”
Their choice fell on the eco-friendly, compact Evergreen modular home – the perfect space for living in harmony with nature.

Although the move was a big change, they immediately felt relief. “From the very first day, it felt like a dream come true—the silence, the birdsong, the smell of the trees,” Michał says.
“When we first invited my parents for dinner, everyone agreed that the place had an incredible, family-friendly atmosphere. Our guests felt exceptionally at ease here,” adds Kasia.
More time for yourself and loved ones.
The new place gave them a chance to be closer together. “Life flows more peacefully here. We cook together more often, go for walks, and read Maja bedtime stories. We truly feel alive,” says Kasia.
Being close to nature also has a positive impact on their health and well-being. “When I watch Maja run barefoot on the grass in front of the house, I know we’ve given her something invaluable,” adds Michał.
Tranquility, comfort and a home teeming with life.
Evergreen is located on the outskirts of the city, combining peace and nature with easy access to city amenities. “The preschool is literally a few minutes away by car, and we can easily walk to the grocery store. That’s a huge convenience,” says Kasia.
For them, Evergreen is more than just a building—it’s a warm space where the most beautiful memories are made. “We love it when friends and family visit. This house brings people together and brings so much joy,” Kasia says with a smile.
For Kasia and Michał, moving to Evergreen wasn’t just a change of address. It was a decision for a better, more fulfilling life—one surrounded by nature, close to nature, with a daily sense of peace and family warmth.
