What is a Tiny House and how Does a Mobile Home on Wheels Work?

A mobile home, or “home on wheels,” is an alternative to a stationary property. Because it’s on wheels, it can be freely moved and transported from place to place. It is used as a permanent residence or a holiday home.

A tiny house can be placed practically anywhere we choose. The mobility of a tiny house gives us unlimited possibilities. We can place it on various types of terrain. If you don’t have your own plot, there’s always the option to rent land or use a campsite. As the tiny house movement develops in Poland, we can expect the emergence of tiny house villages where you can rent a plot with access to all necessary utilities and live among people with similar values.

The most important aspect is the availability and type of utilities on your plot. If you have access to electricity, water, sewage, or a septic tank, it becomes very simple. If the connections are located under the trailer or in a box, you just need to connect the tiny house to use the shower, toilet, dishwasher, etc.
However, there are plots where, for example, only water or only electricity is available. In such a situation, we have many ways to solve the problem, primarily OFFGRID options.

All our tiny houses are available in a year-round version, with insulation in the walls, roof, and floor, making them fully habitable. Additionally, thanks to the available connections, you can connect electricity, water, and sewage to the tiny house.

This depends on the complexity of the project, but typically, production time is up to 3.5 months from the moment the project is accepted.

Yes! We operate the Aurora Green Hill resort, where each of our clients can use our tiny houses and see if they like them. If a client decides to purchase our tiny house, we refund the cost of their stay at Aurora Green Hill. How much Does a Tiny House Cost?

Tiny house prices vary depending on many factors.
Even if a client chooses a ready-made design from the catalog, there are still many decisions that affect the final price, such as size, type of heating, equipment, or the degree of autonomy of the tiny house.

We list net prices in our price lists.

Business clients can take advantage of tiny house leasing, which offers many benefits. Individual clients, on the other hand, can apply for a consumer loan from their bank and repay it in installments.

Is it Possible to Deliver the Tiny House to My Specified Address?

Yes, our company offers tiny house transport and setup services, however, the new owner must ensure convenient access, meaning the road width on a straight section should be 120% of the tiny house’s width, the ground clearance should be 110% of the tiny house’s height, and the road must be hardened. When the tiny house is transported by truck, a yard or lay-by next to the road will be needed for unloading, with a length of 50 meters and a minimum width of 3.5 meters, as well as a tractor. If the client has doubts about the access conditions, they should contact and send photos to the Aurora Office or the representative they are in contact with.

We have qualified drivers who will deliver our tiny houses up to 3.5 tons. We outsource the transport of larger tiny houses to external companies that transport them on low-loader trailers.

If we choose a tiny house that is no longer so small, and its weight exceeds 3.5 tons, we will need a low-loader truck for its transport.

You must have a B+E category driving license.

Yes, our tiny houses are built on homologated trailers, which is why they have a registration number. Only models such as SKY, RIVER, or SMILE do not have a registration number because they are built on a steel frame without homologation.

Only models with a homologated chassis up to 3.5 tons.

To travel on roads, it is necessary to register our tiny house, possess a B+E category driving license, and keep the house’s weight below 3.5 tons.

To set up the house on a plot, a tractor or a powerful off-road vehicle is usually sufficient. However, it is necessary to ensure unobstructed access to the plot. If you have doubts, an experienced team at Aurora will free of charge analyze the access and advise you on delivery based on photos and video materials of your potential location. Regarding the connection and leveling of the tiny house, you can do it yourself or use our service. Our team from Aurora Company can take care of this for you, and the cost of the service will be determined individually, depending on your needs.

Is the Tiny House Equipped with Safety Systems?

Yes, our tiny houses are equipped with smoke detectors, gas detectors (if there is a gas installation), fire extinguishers, and anti-theft security.

Several insurance companies offer policies for tiny houses. For example, the cost of insurance with one of our partners in our country starts from PLN 1,500 annually (Poland), depending on the financing method, total value, and many other factors.
