Aurora Company is launching a promotion for clients planning to purchase a larger number of modular or mobile homes. The Investment Program: Portfolio Plus has been created for investors, developers, entrepreneurs, and private individuals who want to expand their accommodation offering, create a leisure complex, or carry out a larger residential investment.
The promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive. Eligibility for the discount is determined by the date of signing the reservation agreement or paying the deposit.
What is the promotion about?
The promotion mechanism is simple: the more homes included in a single order, the more advantageous the price of each additional unit becomes. To qualify for the program, a minimum of 2 homes from the Aurora Company offer must be ordered in a single purchase.
The first home included in the order is sold at the regular list price, that is, at 100% of its value. A 10% discount is applied to the net list price of the second and each subsequent home included in the same order or framework agreement.
For example, when purchasing 3 homes, the client pays 100% of the price for the first home, while the second and third homes are covered by a 10% discount.

When can the promotion be used?
The Investment Program: Portfolio Plus is valid only from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026. To qualify for the discount, a reservation agreement must be signed or a deposit must be paid during this period for an order covering a minimum of 2 homes.
If the client withdraws or reduces the order to 1 home after the promotional period ends, the client loses the right to the 10% discount, and the remaining home will be settled according to Aurora Company’s standard price list.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN OF AURORA COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the promotional campaign entitled “Investment Program: Portfolio Plus” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is Aurora Company Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 190A, Rokiciny Podhalańskie, 34-721 Raba Wyżna, Poland, KRS: 0000825414, NIP: 7352888318 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Promotion is addressed to business entities (investors, developers, entrepreneurs) and natural persons, hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”.
The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive (the date of signing the reservation agreement or paying the deposit shall be decisive).
§ 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION MECHANISM
1. The subject of the Promotion is the granting of a price discount on the purchase of modular and mobile homes included in the Organizer’s offer.
2. A condition for taking advantage of the Promotion is placing a one-time order for a minimum of 2 (two) or more units (homes) during the Promotion period.
3. A discount of 10% (in words: ten percent) is applied to the net list price of the second and each subsequent home covered by the same order (or framework agreement).
4. The first home covered by the order is sold at the regular list price (100% of its value). The 10% discount applies to the second, third, fourth, and each subsequent home. Example calculation: When purchasing 3 homes, the Participant pays 100% of the price for home no. 1, 90% of the price for home no. 2, and 90% of the price for home no. 3.
§ 3. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
1.The promotional discount (10%) applies exclusively to the price of the structure/shell of the home itself in the standard or customized version. The discount does not cover the costs of transport, installation on the client’s plot, or foundation works, unless the parties agree otherwise in a separate agreement.
2.The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, clearance sales, or individual commercial reductions granted to the Participant before the start date of the Promotion.
3.The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other material equivalents.
§ 4. WITHDRAWAL OR CHANGE OF ORDER
1.If, after the end of the promotional period, the Participant withdraws from the agreement or reduces the number of ordered homes to 1 (one) unit for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, the Participant loses the right to the granted 10% discount.
In the situation described in § 4 section 1, the price of the first home and the only remaining home will be settled according to the Organizer’s standard price list, without taking the promotional terms into account.
§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS
1.Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion early or extend it, provided that this will not affect the acquired rights of Participants who entered into agreements during the Promotion period.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 June 2026.
