Order details confirmation
Contract signing
First payment - 30% of order value
After choosing the appropriate model and agreeing on the details, the contract is signed. This document contains all arrangements regarding the order, including completion dates, technical specifications, and payment terms. To begin processing the order, an initial payment of 30% of the order value is required.

Technical project preparation
Commencement of home construction
After the first installment is paid, we will prepare a detailed technical project for you, which you will receive from our specialist to confirm compliance with your order. This project contains all key information regarding the design of your tiny house. After accepting the technical project and choosing colors, we begin construction. At this stage, final adjustments regarding your home’s choices and configuration are possible.

Second payment - 50% of order value
Approximately halfway through production, after receiving photographic materials from us documenting the progress of work, we request the second installment of 50% of the order value. Additionally, the specialist responsible for your order is always available should any questions or doubts arise.
5.
Order completion
Final payment 20% of order value
Home delivery and assembly
Upon completion of construction, we conduct a quality control and send you final photos of your home. This allows you to see the finished product before it is delivered. Before delivery, the final payment of 20% of the order value is required. At this point, we also arrange a convenient delivery date for you, and then deliver and assemble the home on your plot so you can enjoy it without any worries.

If the connections are located under the trailer or in the box, you can simply plug in the tiny house to use the shower, toilet, dishwasher, etc. However, there are plots where, for example, only water or only electricity is available.
In such a situation, we have many options to solve the problem, primarily the OFF GRID option.
