Each house is available in two options: BASIC and COMFORT. We use the best quality materials to finish each model. We make sure thatcomfort is as high as possible and meets the expectations of the mostdemanding users. What is a Tiny House and What Functions Can it Fulfill?
A mobile home, or “home on wheels,” is an alternative to a stationary property. Because it’s on wheels, it can be freely moved and transported from place to place. It is used as a permanent residence or a holiday home. Tiny house can be a year-round home, an office, a shop, or a service space. The possibilities are enormous.

A tiny house can be placed practically anywhere we choose. The mobility of a tiny house gives us unlimited possibilities. We can place it on various types of terrain. If you don’t have your own plot, there’s always the option to rent land or use a campsite. As the tiny house movement develops in Poland, we can expect the emergence of tiny house villages where you can rent a plot with access to all necessary utilities and live among people with similar values.

The most important aspect is the availability of utilities on our plot and their type. If we have access to electricity, water, sewer, or a septic tank, the matter becomes very simple. If the connections are located under the trailer or in the box, you can simply plug in the tiny house to use the shower, toilet, dishwasher, etc. However, there are plots where, for example, only water or only electricity is available.


In such a situation, we have many options to solve the problem, primarily the OFF GRID option.

We offer many options to increase the autonomy of a tiny house, including:

  • insulated drawbar box,
  • grey water tank,
  • fresh water tank,
  • rainwater purification system,
  • photovoltaic system,
  • water pump,
  • gas installation,
  • diverse selection of toilets.
All our tiny houses are available in a year-round version, with insulation in the walls, roof, and floor, making them fully habitable. Additionally, thanks to available connections, electricity, water, and sewage can be connected to the tiny house.
This depends on the complexity of the project, but typically, production time is up to 3.5 months from the moment the project is accepted.

We have many models in various configurations. From models for two people to models for 6 people.
We are able to adapt each basic model to the individual wishes of the client. It is also possible to introduce changes to the base models. All modifications can be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Contact us to discuss the possibilities of realizing your dream tiny house.
